Pukerua Bay Scouts

Scouting was established in Pukerua Bay in 1941 by Claude Love. Meetings were held in what was a Home Guard hut on Reg Wall’s Mt Welcome farm. After 1952 they met in the RSA hall when it was in Teihana Road. In 1964 the hall was moved to its present site.
