Pukerua Bay Golf Club

The nine-hole Pukerua Bay Golf course was designed by J D Mclntosh, a professional golfer and former New Zealand Professional Golf Champion. The course was opened on 31 August 1935 by Mr W H Field MP. Golfers were attracted to the course by views of the sea and the nearby railway station. See full story here.
